I have already made a payment by cheque. Do I need to pay again?

We are now able to process any cheques received since 23 March. Please be patient as we work through the backlog.

I made a payment online. How do I know if it was completed correctly?

If you have paid online and the money has been debited from your card/bank account but you are not sure if it processed correctly, please wait four working days before you query card transactions, and 10 working days before querying Poli transactions.  Waka Kotahi prioritise resolving any unassigned payments on a daily basis and, where a refund may be due, endeavours to complete these within the stated time frames.

I need to pay my toll fees. How do I do this?

We recommend that all toll payments are paid online where possible, either by credit/debit card or by POLi. You can pay for use of the toll roads either before you travel, or within five working days.

You can also pay any outstanding Toll Payment Notices or set-up and maintain a Toll Account online. 

Toll accounts cover all toll roads and as many different vehicles as you like. Choose the account option that is right for you.
