Independent inquiry into unauthorised disclosure of confidential information

In October 2019 the Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency Board appointed Michael Heron QC to undertake an independent investigation into unauthorised public disclosures of confidential and commercially sensitive information relating to the delivery of light rail in Auckland. The report has made a number of recommendations, and Waka Kotahi is taking the appropriate actions to address them.
