STOP: don't apply

You don't need to apply for an exemption if you'll only be travelling at 50 km/h or less. 

You must provide proof to an enforcement officer that you are a member of the Sikh religion if you were pulled over for not wearing a helmet.

Details supplied with your application may be used to make such enquiries as are deemed necessary to consider your exemption request.
