Ho Ho Ho: Here’s the low down on Christmas parade road closures

|

We’ve made a list; we’ve checked it twice. Christmas parade road closures are coming to town.

'Tis the season throughout Manawatū-Whanganui and Taranaki, and while main streets won’t be lined with snow, they will be lined with festive cheer.

Manawatū-Whanganui and Taranaki Journey Manager Mike Dickson says there are a number of tempoary road closures scheduled over the coming weeks, all lasting no more than a few hours each.

“We are advising road users to avoid the areas and plan your trips accordingly.

“It’s a busy time of year with full to-do lists ahead of the big day. Knowledge is power - we don’t want people being caught out by Christmas parade road closures coming up.”
