More south-bound lanes reopen on Auckland Harbour Bridge, but expect major delays

The NZ Transport Agency advises that three south-bound lanes across the Auckland Harbour Bridge have reopened after a truck crashed and blocked most lanes earlier this morning.

Two lanes remain blocked and traffic is backed up with delays of up to 90 minutes expected.

Motorists are advised to delay all non-essential travel on SH1,  avoid the area and consider working from home. There are also significant delays on the Western Ring Route.
