Final resurfacing works on the Mackays to Peka Peka (M2PP) Expressway are expected to be complete by the end of summer, meaning motorists will soon be able to experience a smooth and improved surface over the entire length of the expressway.
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is advising that contractors will be undertaking work to fix the road seal on State Highway 50 at the Ahuriri Bypass to Napier Port.
State highways across the Bay of Plenty will be repaired and re-sealed over coming months, with Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency’s spring/summer road maintenance programme kicking off this month.
