NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) has begun work this week on a second, northbound Commercial Vehicle Safety Centre (CVSC) at Rakaia in Mid-Canterbury.
With the All Blacks playing Argentina this Saturday (10 August), drivers can expect more traffic on Wellington highways as fans come from out of town to see the match.
