The programme funding approach enables funding for a three-year programme of standard activities that can be part of a broader programme. This page provides guidance on the preparation, management, and funding process for programmes of activities.
For the next National Land Transport Programme (2024–27) we are encouraging the submission of programmes of activities for funding consideration where these are supported by a business case. Programmes are composed of a defined collection of activities and by undertaking them as a programme the management effort is more efficient, and the outcomes are more likely to be realised.
