Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency lodged the NOR to alter the existing designation and other applications for resource consent required to construct, operate and maintain the Mt Messenger Bypass under the Resource Management Act 1991.
The Mt Messenger Bypass Notice of Requirement (NOR) and applications for resource consents were lodged with the New Plymouth District Council and Taranaki Regional Council in December 2017. You can find the relevant information through the links above.
