This manual sets out the test criteria and conditions under which motorcycle instructors approved by Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency to conduct basic motorcycle handling skills tests (BHST) under class 52 of the Land Transport (Driver Licensing) Rule 1999 must conduct and administer the test.
