RAMM database health checks are no longer undertaken at or on behalf of Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency. The information on this page outlines details of the historical process involved in the production of these reports. Historical reports from 2013 – 2015 can be found at the end of this page.
The RAMM database health checks below are primarily intended for Network Outcome Contracts (NOCs). They are intended to:
- establish a baseline
- provide transparency to all parties
- remove pricing unknown risk
- provide an indicator of the performance of the current supplier
They provide a snapshot of the RAMM data for one network to help highlight:
- what we have
- the currency of the data
- obvious gaps
- actions required prior to tender
- opportunities to improve via the NOC
Please note that the database health checks are not a benchmarking tool between networks (without interpretation). Note, too, that with the exception of capital projects delivery, these reports flag data measures that are outside of norms - checking may identify that the data is normal for a region.
Elements of the report
Each of the reports in the table below contains:
- a front page dashboard
- delivery of capital/safety projects - key focus area
- cluster of networks to establish regional averages
- tables of some assets
- graphs of FWP and maintenance activity
- parameters used to derive the dashboard
