Please complete this form if you require a review of a road user charges (RUC) assessment.

Important information

Applications for review must be made within 20 working days from the date on the road user charges assessment.

  • Please provide your contact details and the reasons for your application.
  • If you do not provide evidence to substantiate your application, it may be declined.
  • If you file this application on behalf of the owner or operator the assessment was issued to, you must include a written authorisation from the owner or operator to act on their behalf. If you fail to do so, your application may be declined.

What happens next?

We will acknowledge receipt of your application within 3 working days of receiving it. We will consider your application as soon as possible and, if necessary, contact you to discuss your case.
