Lower North Island

• SH2 Remutaka Hill will be closed for planned maintenance works this Sunday night.
  • State Highway 2 Remutaka Hill night closure planned for Sunday

• Work begins next week to install a new shared path on the Waikanae River Bridge on old SH1
  • January start date confirmed for Waikanae River Bridge shared path

Top of the South Island

• Stage 1 of roundabout construction work gets underway on SH6 in Marlborough between Woodbourne and Springlands from Tuesday, 16 January
  • New roundabout works set to start on State Highway 6 in Marlborough

• Night works and overnight closure are planned for SH1 Weld Pass in Marlborough next month. Regular users of the route need to be planning for this.
  • Weld Pass night works planned for State Highway 1
