The NZ Transport Agency's contact centre has reopened to customers today, following the evacuation of the Palmerston North office building on Thursday.
All phone lines are now open during standard hours, except for our tolling line, which will have reduced hours and close at 6pm on weekdays instead of 8pm.
Support for contact centre staff is limited at this time, so we ask that customers remain patient while we get our support teams up and running.
The Palmerston North office building remains closed, with the contact centre operating from a temporary site until new accommodation is secured.
