Take it slow on the road to Raglan

|

Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency advises that State Highway 23 – the road to Raglan – will have temporary speed limits and some stop/go traffic management in place from Monday 31 July through to the end of September.

These measures are in place while reinstatement works are carried out on the private property adjacent to the SH23 slip site which was reopened in mid-May.

The works involves building a retaining wall and will mostly be carried out in the shoulder behind the median barriers.

A temporary speed limit will be in place for the safety of the workers and some stop/stop traffic management will be in place occasionally when vehicles come in and out of the site.
