Change of vehicle address - organisation

Use this form to update the address for the vehicles registered to your organisation and/or your transport service licence.

ALL vehicles associated with the Waka Kotahi customer number, NZBN number or company number you provide will be updated to share the address details you give us below. 

Multiple company branches

If your organisation has another physical or mailing address (for example, a branch in a different location to the one below) you’ll need a separate Waka Kotahi customer number for each location (but you can use the same company number for each location if applicable). You’ll need to complete this form separately for each location where you require the address details to be updated.

If you don't have one yet, you can request a Waka Kotahi customer number by completing an Application for customer number form (MR36).

The information you provide with this application will be used to update your transport service licence details and to maintain the register of transport service licences. Collection of this information is required by part 4A of the Land Transport Act 1998 and section 2 of the Land Transport Rule: Operator Licensing 2017. Collection, dissemination and release of this information is authorised by the Land Transport Act and part 7 of the Privacy Act 2020.

Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency will hold, store, use or disclose personal information collected through this application in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Waka Kotahi may also use some of these particulars to provide you with information relating to transport service licensing or to contact you for feedback on our services.
