Information technology for projects
Waka Kotahi suppliers use their own information technology and processes for projects.
Waka Kotahi as asset owner specify the following information requirements:
- The project quality management system must be accessible to client, consultant and contractor.
- The project quality management system must have change management processes and supporting communication protocols.
- The quality file containing all quality records must be accessible to client, consultant and contractor in real time.
- The quality file remains with the client following contract completion, and should therefore be in a format supported by Waka Kotahi.
Planview
Waka Kotahi Project Manager – Internal Quality Assurance reporting is via the Planview system.
Waka Kotahi Project Managers report project performance within Planview based on information from monthly contractor and consultant reports.
